If you're a Mattermark Pro or Enterprise client and you need to change your credit card billing information, you can do so by going to the account settings page in the Mattermark platform.
To Update Your Billing Information:
If you pay via means other than credit card and need to update your information, please contact us at support@mattermark.com.
Please note: When adding or updating your credit card, our processor will attempt an authorization charge of $1.00. Some banks will place an authorization charge in the "pending" section of your account, and may never move it to the "posted" section. Others may display it as an additional charge. Rest assured authorizations are part of normal banking procedures and are typically removed automatically by your bank within a few days.
When a payment is pending, it may appear on your account as: ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSED BY STRIPE.COM.
Once the payment is fully cleared, it should be reflected on your account as: MATTERMARK
