For monthly plans, payments will occur every 30 days from the date your plan begins. We'll send you a PDF invoice for your records when a payment is processed.
Please note: When adding or updating your credit card, our processor will attempt an authorization charge of $1.00. Some banks will place an authorization charge in the "pending" section of your account, and may never move it to the "posted" section. Others may display it as an additional charge. Rest assured authorizations are part of normal banking procedures and are typically removed automatically by your bank within a few days.
When a payment is pending, it may appear on your account as: ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSED BY STRIPE.COM.
Once the payment is fully cleared, it should be reflected on your account as: MATTERMARK
